Tamerlain Realty was founded by Steve Kane in 1971. During that time Steve has represented and been exclusive agent for some of the largest companies in the United States and also some of the smallest companies. Over the course of many years, Steve has gathered a wealth of knowledge and has been frequently called upon for his expert advice by large financial companies, major landlords, city and state agencies, newspapers, appraisers and various other entities. For 30 years, I have been one of the few, if not the most active of commercial brokers in both volume and value in the the Bronx and Westchester Counties. Accomplished this through integrity, intelligence, likability, hard work and sincere desire to help the companies and landlords I represent. I consistently do a large proportion of the area’s biggest transactions having been the lead broker on the sales of Federal Express Tuckahoe Rd assemblage, The Capitol Theater, Precision Valve, Sun Chemical and Hudson Scenic on the Yonkers Waterfront, Verizon Wireless’ Rockland County Headquarters, Ward Leanord, the Borden Building, Steinbach Headquarters, Jand R Tours and the original Bronx 7-Up plant. Leases of over 100,000 sq ft for The Harlem Commonwealth, Atlantic Express Transportation, Mile Square Transportation, Arco Hastings-on Hudson, Waste Management, CSX Rail, Total Transportation and Simone Development.
Besides such large transactions, I am consistently closing smaller transactions too. I know they are just as important to my customers and I put just as much attention to getting the job done. For 2000 sq ft store deals in downtown Yonkers to 20 acre assemblages in the Bronx, you wont find a better commercial broker with more market knowledge and excellent relationships with just about every major company and commercial landlord in my area.
