Our role as your landlord representative involves locating tenants for your building(s), far beyond simply reviewing the MLS listings. Landlord representatives must have a thorough knowledge of tenant demographics, occupancy rates, leasing rates, and industry trends. We’re adept at relationship building and understanding how to incorporate the needs of tenants, landlords, and leasing brokers into agreed-upon deals.
Sell your properties, buy new assets, find tenants for your building or manage the building you have. We help you find buyers and tenants, determine lease rates, keep track of market value and create a successful investment portfolio.
As your tenant representative, we help identify office space needs and will negotiate with your landlord or landlord representative in your best interest. We also work to resolve tenant-landlord disputes and can serve as an intermediary for tenants. A tenant representative will work exclusively with a tenant to locate the best commercial property for your business.
By working with a buyer’s agent, you get access to our expansive knowledge of the market and assistance from the beginning of the buying process until the closure of the deal. We assist with evaluating your budget and borrowing capacity, property assessment, property inspections, and potential exit strategy.
Mortgage Broker Services
We work on your behalf with banks and financial institutions to find mortgage lenders with competitive interest rates that best fit your needs. We have established a well-developed network of lenders we work with to make the qualification and loan application process as easy and efficient for you.
While a residential property is typically valued for the end user on square footage, based on sales of comparable properties in the neighborhood, commercial property is evaluated differently. Commercial real estate is specialized and our team is uniquely qualified with decades of experience in this industry.
